Hello Mark.

Good to see you back.

Well, where to begin? For a start, we are at the solar minimum, so this is an excellent time.

Asia has been superb here with lots of new Japanese stations. Some interesting deep south USA catches too.

The sun isn't quite playing ball at the moment with its recurring coronal holes but there are the occasional longer quieter spell. Plus it's been spotless for ages.

That's the situation here and I hope other people will comment too, but I would recommend positioning your flag to the north-east if you can during the afternoons and early evenings, then over to the north-west for transatlantic DX overnight.
