Currently in Kiev and getting quite a few OIRT stations here, plus analogue tv is still alive and well.. MW also very active. I'll upload some clips sometime

Seems only about 5 stations heard on OIRT and I was 24 floors high up in the hotel, still any OIRT is better than no OIRT !

According to Fmlist, you might find 6 stations in Kyiv's OIRT band. But among them, it seems that Studiya Maidan is now OFF on 72.08.

UR 1 Pershy Prog. is always inactive since 2016, on 68.51

OK so 5 then, oddly btw Band II was completely void of stations until 92.4, guess because of R4 being used until fairly recently

Did you heard the sound carrier on 91.75?

Very interesting, thank you: it fits with the database of fmlist (with the only exception of Avtoradio on 107.4 that you haven't heard).

I got quite a few OIRT in Kiev when I stayed in 2017 - I can't remember the exact amount though. They're quite lucky there as the fm band there goes all the way from 64-108mhz!

Hmm Not exactly, stations stop after about 73 and start again at 92.4. I thought the 87.5 - 92 section would have been filled up by now though or some of it

It never crossed my mind there could've been harmonics. I did do a few videos at the time but the only ones I can find are the touristy ones I took.
