several low power tx. from DK < 2 KW are coming in since midnight, up to 300 km here @ Nth. GER

also strong signals from Aalborg, all other (more southern) tx. from public service give RDS.

+ some swedish ones 87,9 / 90,4 / 95,7 ...

100.5 Radio 24syv is the only Danish station I have logged so far. I will check my overnight SDR recordings later on in the day.

Still Germany doing very well here this morning.

I am curious.
My guess in advance is RPR 1 "Studio Koelner Bucht" from Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler at 103.5 FM

97.6 could be Radio NRW - Radio Kiepenkerl with "Bürgerfunk" or even Offener Kanal Westküste

if it's ment to be 96.7 instead of 97.6 then my attempt would be Radio Bremen NEXT

No I listened to it and it's DR P4 from Rangstrup. The announcement is in Danish. The first bit means 'night radio' and the last bit 'four' so a bit of a giveaway.

I had SR P1 on 87.7 from Halmstad last night, the best distance during this tropo at 1116 km. The best DX though was Delta Radio on 93.4 from Hamburg at 809 km, which is listed with just 63 watts. The first good tropo of 2018 has been a lot better than I expected!
Good DX.

yes I can 100 % confirm this to be "Danmarks Radio P(rogram) 4 Radio Syd" from Rangstrup (ex. DR 1 ch. 07 analogue VHF I transmitting station) next to the german border with Flensborg.

I have heard exactly the same danish rnb song last night. in your video it is the station voice announcing "Natradio på P4" (Night radio on P4, not "netradio")

I am sure I have even recorded this sequence myself last night :)

Years ago, P3 and P4 used to have one night programme in common but nowadays, each has its own and indeed, they play non-stop music on P4 with few jingles...

BRF (Ostbelgien) is even more interesting, heard one jingle within 50 minutes of listening :)

Conditions have gone but checking my recordings from overnight & this morning now I'm home . From 5 in the morning onwards conditions from Germany stepped up another gear. Plenty to go through.

Thanks for the info on the unid but when I checked web it didn't match but maybe there's a delay between FM and stream and the non stop music fits thanks PFM for that info.
I do suffer bad hearing so no surprises I get things wrong.

That's a great DX Nick. Many congrats! I think I end up on the edge of the duct as I haven't got any station with RDS. Other DXer did a lot better. All my catches were very weak and without SDR it would be impossible to receive them. From yesterday's tropo, In terms of distance, the longest catch was 101.80 NDR Info from Helpterberg (952 km). In terms of power, the longest DX I received was 101.80 MDR Aktuell from Bad Lobenstein/Geiersberg 0.5kW@ 842. I also have some unid signals, but I need to find these in the SDR recording files. I only used SDR.

I only have about an hour and a half DX today in the morning, but still some decent catches with an indoor antenna. 97.80 NDR 1 Welle Nord from Bungsberg/NDR-Mast @781 km is the longest catch.
