Could this be a Catalunyan "Hundred Seven"?? If so this would be Cent-7 from Vila-Sacra.

A shot from a long way away!

Yep, that's definitely Catalan. And it says "Ràdio Sant Vicenç", and cites "ajuntament de St Vicenç" - that's definitely an emissora municipal (council-run station, lots of towns have one in Catalonia). The thing is... Ràdio Sant Vicenç broadcasts on 90.2, and this is not the actual frequency. Perhaps it's some nearby station relaying their programming.
Probably scanning the band atm. And definitely moaning about the conditions.

Thank you.

That narrows it down to one of six stations in that grid square alone.

I thought I would do a bit of detective work.

Ràdio Canovelles City, Granollers (A pop station. No programme details, but I cannot imagine them relaying Ràdio Sant Viçent.)
Ràdio Sant Feliu, Sant Feliu de Guixols (News/Polotics. No detailed programme info available.)
Ràdio Santa Perpètua, Santa Perpetua Mogoda (Seems to relay Catalunya Informacio, but own overnight programmes.)
Radio Castellterçol, Castellterçol (No info)
"PLANNED", Maçanet de la Selva
Ràdio Arenys de Munt, Arenys de Munt / Collsacreu (Relays Catalunya Radio, but nothing stated about overnight programmes.)

Maybe the latter. Nothing concrete. So, this will now be filed into the 'one that got away' bin!

Maybe it relayed programming from La Xarxa?

I wondered if "La Xarxa" meant "The News". This one is probably not going to be identified now, unless it comes up later in other files for the day. I am currently working on 25-08-17 when I had 50+ files. I am half way through, so time may yet tell.

Google Translate tells me that 'La Xarxa' is Catalan for 'The Net'.
Good DX.

Yep, The Network. "Xarxes socials" means social networks, for instance.
Probably scanning the band atm. And definitely moaning about the conditions.
