insane conditions here!

103.0 belgium over manchester!
Definitely insane, you are getting Belgium and I am getting the Netherlands on 103.0... compared to the Dutch stations the Belgium stations are weak here in the South East - this is what makes radio propagation so fascinating as you never know what you will get.

88.0 and 92.6 was probably NPO Radio 2 from Lopik and Smilde respectively.

Last night/the early hours of this morning saw the strongest tropo to the Netherlands I've ever seen at this location. My aerial is the wrong polarisation for Dutch stations, but that didn't stop the likes of Q Music on 100.7 to blast through in noise-free stereo and instant RDS. More low-powered stuff was making it in too such as Radio M Utrecht on 93.1 (4 kW). I didn't go to bed until 3 am!
Good DX.

^It sounds like a Dutch pirate to me. The three stations listed on FMLIST all play rock and pop music.
Good DX.

I didn't do any late night scanning but earlier on in the evening I was getting some good results from Belgium including Nostalgie on 98.2 wiping out Radio 1 and the same station again on 101.0. Quite a few of the stations from Egem were up to RDS levels with plenty of French and Dutch stations between them.

This was the best opening to Holland so far but UK stuff was blocking DX but as the evening went UK was stronger Belgium came in strong as well and Lille FM was massive but UK stuff was really bad at this time.

I agree with Nick, it's definitely a Dutch pirate because the music is the same as the pirates play on the top end of Medium Wave around 1650 kHz.
You rarely hear this format on main stream Dutch radio.

94 FM transmitter location is Egem TV mast, once it has been Koolskamp-watertoren (during the time of "Extra Gold 94 FM" and "Radio Mi Amigo" ) but later has been removed to Egem where also VRT is being broadcast. they use another licensee holder to provide Topradio as Topradio itself (seated in Gent) has not been considered during the application period for the 2018 frequency plan

Topradio plays a dance-oriented CHR format with also some "black music" (RNB, Soul, Urban, hiphop-remixes), chart music etc.

The only one I can help you with is 87.7 that is Radio 10 from (Lelystad), all of the other frequencies have pirates on them or adjacent to them here in London.
