Luxembourg effect - the ultimate example

Post by Tim Bucknall » 20 Oct 2017 12:39

Currently allouis 162khz is radiating a huge blank carrier
Presumably the data signals it carries are still needed

Listen to the frequency and you will hear a veritable tower of babel! A myriad of different languages all muffled, depending on your location what you hear will vary
While some people are raising thousands of dollars to hire time on haarp to study the phenomenon, we have a perfect example for free

It would be interesting to see what each listener hears in 162khz, we maybe able to generate some scientificly useful data

Please state location in your post

Here, in Châteauroux, 50 kms away from Allouis, I can only "hear" a perfect blank carrier with a 9 + 40 dB signal.
I suppose this is normal ...
