wrong music, too amateurish, it was advertising "ladies night" in club which was probably it sole function

Interesting. There has been a sporadic Bulgarian 'relay' type pirate (plays recordings of BG Radio streams) very near me in the last couple of months.

The technical skills are very poor. e.g. They put mixing products all over the BOB when they used two rigs at once:
