Sounds like Swedish to me. Very likely SR P1.

It sounds scandinavian to me, but my knowledge of these nordic languages is more than limited ... Thus, it should be the Skövde TX
This would be a nice catch for me BTW, 1st time I hear Sweden from my mountainous location in the Alps.

yes this is indeed Sveriges Radio P1 from Överkalix transmission site in Norrbotten province. Skövde is tropo (heard it about one hour ago near Baltic Sea)

From my location, this is most likely Sköve TX, Överkalix being about 2600 km away (I was using a basic dipole, attached to the balcony).
