Presume Radio Kent, Pristina, as it fits the conditions. Would prefer Turkey itself, however ;)

That'll be Turkish with its distinctive "-u" word endings (I don't know how to spell it but that's a close as-heard attempt). Where it's coming from is a different matter of course.

The brief singing at the top might be Turkish but it's too short a sample to be sure.

Thanks Brookman. I'm fairly certain this is Pristina. Turkey was not even on-path at this time. I daren't play any more of the music of course as YT would probably put me in front of a firing squad.

I work on 15 seconds being OK. I've managed a few more seconds, but 15 secs allows for a margin of error. Another way is to leave short gaps in longer extracts.

Thanks Peter. I wondered what the duration limit would be. It also seems to be best to avoid intros to songs more than internal parts.

I ought to know more about this, but the fingerprinting software is constantly evolving. One thing which could be useful to hide audio is to compress the levels. This apparently makes BIG changes to the binary encoding and will render the 'image' of the waveform to be much 'flatter', i.e. less peaks and troughs.

I would love to do some experimentation with this, but it will only risk my account being closed if it doesn't work.
