To make amends for the lack of Dx during my recent travels please accept this ragbag of radio related photos and observations

My apartment was under the Lviv tx familiar to all TV/FM
Dxers. at night it's lit in a pleasant manner.
The new Radio Maria outlet on 66.26 is a great sign for the future of Oirt FM in the most western oriented city of Ukraine.
Radio Maria's collecting tin in the lobby of the Polish church proudly trumpeted the oirt frequency.
Sorry for the awful photo.
The Ukrainian equivalent of our pound shops were selling cheap fm portables that tuned 64-108mhz with an old style analog dial
R5 (92-100 mhz) is still out of bounds for Lviv fm due to the continued existence of low powered TV Relays in East Galicia and Volhynia on the channel so continued usage of the oirt band makes sense.

My equipment was Dads Sangean ats 505 and the pira P275 fm analyzer.

68.99 and 66.26 blasted through as expected but nothing was heard from 67.04 the whole period of my stay from 21st to 28th of September
UR1 continued on 103.3

Either there is very little rds in use or an extremely non standard form was used.
Rds logged only on on 89.7, 90.4 102.1, 104.3, 104.7 & 107.2. I stored the rds data in the pira's memories for later analysis.
.
If thy TV audio subharmonics on 76.4 & 65.75 noted in 2014 are still being radiated they were too weak for the pira's search function to lock on.

Polskie Radio Lwow 106.7 were granted extra financing by the Polish Senate during my stay so the threat of closure is off the table.
Despite listening to the frequency every day for as many hours as I had free I never heard them, just radio nezaleznist who time share with them

As in 2014 restaurants and bars displayed old radios
