Eastern Europe target programming "Golos And" will be transmit from April, 6th via
13800 kHz
in the 22 meter band every Saturday between 1530 hours UTC and 1630 hours UTC.
Broadcasting language will be half an hour in Russian and half an hour in Chechens.
