If you get the version with the R820T2 tuner direct from Nooelec, USA it is about half that price. I have one.
It is a souped up RTL dongle.

Edit here is a comparison video I made. The E4000 tuner might tune higher than the R820T2, but not as high as claimed. It will tune down to about 55 MHz, the R820T2 will tune down to at least 24 MHz.

oh sod that, i didn't know it was an R820T2 dongle, i can never get them to work!
anything involving zadig is beyond me
