Goodbye 1410 KQV

Sad news. I hope this isn't the beginning of a trend for USA AM stations.

KQV was one of the USA's oldest radio stations, its broadcasts beginning almost 100 years ago. Transmitter power was 5 kW day and night, with a daytime format of news, switching to talk during the evenings and at night.

I never received this one, neither here in Skegness or in Nottinghamshire. I never received it on DXpedition either. The only two UK loggings I see recorded were by Paul Crankshaw in Troon, Scotland, in 2016 and Barry Davies in 1993. Not sure of Barry's QTH back then. Maybe Warrington or St. Helens?
