The coverage of their AM relay on Bezbezija mountain range has now been improved.
source:We have recently had some problems with the transmitter, due to a lightning strike, and since we were off the air, we decided to do a more in-depth refurbishment on the transmitter. We are now running at 5kW

Before, it was only running at low power of 1 kW and did not succeed to conquer the stronger co-channels Saudi-Arabia, Italy, Spain and Pridnestrowie.
Now, chances to receive this interesting station have again improved.
I do not quite understand who they are targetting at, as 93.7 FM has a good coverage across the Island.
There are a few problems in the North and on Gozo / Comino, but this effects all of the FM operators.
Anyway, I am hoping this frequency will last long (certainly now they have chosen for maintanance instead of switching-off).
If Italy is closing down before Malta does, so it can be heard at daytime even in Southern Italy (now on Sicily only).
