Late Fadeout

Post by John Faulkner, Skegness » 17 Oct 2018 09:45

The east coast is always the first to lose overnight transatlantic signals. Even so, I had WWKB 1520 until well past 0800 this morning. I think that is something of a record late TA here and we're only in October! I guess this will extend to 0900+ on the west coast of England and probably beyond 1000 in Scotland.

Keeping my fingers very tightly crossed that the sun becomes our best friend.

WW"KB was still just about in at 0830 when my recording finished and at the other end VOCM started coming through at about just after 2015.
