Mystery band 1 TV carrier

Yesterday morning a carrier appeared on 49.787.300 looked like a coiled spring see picture below also there were images every 16 Khz either side of it.
No offset listing for TV this high though any ideas.

Receiving equipment: 2 Sony ST-S311, 1 Sony ST-SE520, 1 Sony ST-SE700 2 crossed FM 5s rotatable, 1 homemade FM 3 horizontal beaming S/E, 1 vertical FM 3 fixed beaming at Ireland, 2 element band 1.

This carrier was also received in Hungary he thinks it might be a faulty Russian TX.
