Recent changes on Hungarian Airwaves:

- Helikon Rádió in Keszthely and Zalaegerszeg is over, replaced by Rádió 1 (Rádió 1's owner purchased Helikon's owner company)
- Egerszeg Rádió on air again in Zalaegerszeg on 95.1 MHz (Won on tender)
- Fortuna Rádió Paks on 96.3 rebranded as Paks FM

Near future:
Rádió 1 Velence will start soon on 90.4
Rádió 1 Kaposvár will start soon on 99.9
Rádió 1 Tatabánya will start soon on 96.7
Best FM Budapest will start soon on 99.5 (replacing Magyar FM)
Best FM Székesfehérvár will start soon on 101.8 (2kW ERP, pol V this will be the strongest local)
Cross FM Budapest, a new religious station will start on 98.6 MHz in February (5 kW from Gellért-hill)
89.5 Music FM will over in February (licence expires)
95.8 Rock FM will be Sláger FM (Now 103.9) in February (both stations have the same owner)
Karc FM will start on 99.1 FM in Dunaújváros at spring or summer (Now in tender, but the tender is fits to Karc FM)

Don't know 89.5's future, according "gossips" both Rádió 1 and Karc FM wants it. This TX covers 100km radius of Budapest.

so many new stations and so less interesting programmes :( religious, talk, news.

what is going to happen with 103.9 MHz if Schlagerrádio switches over to 95.8 FM?
Will RockFM change towards 103.9 or will this be sold to another owner company?

A band full of right-wing, propaganda Radio Radicale-like stations... 100% politics, 0% entertainment, 0% music... What's left apart from Rádió 1 and (politics apart) Petőfi? That must be the worst European country for a bandscan...

When I read "A band full of right-wing, propaganda Radio Radicale-like stations" I suppose that you're referring to format of her broadcasts.
Because Radio Radicale isn't a right-wind station (but yes, I could agree that in Italy, in the last years, the concepts of "right-wind" and "left-wind" are been heavily put under stress).

Yes, "right-wing" doesn't absolutely refer to Radicale. I was referring to its format, of course.
