York community station YO1 started official broadcasts on Monday 27th August on 102.8MHz
I'll not hear that here with a local CR co-channel

Just checked and not audible here. I am surprised.

102.8 usually brings in Star Radio from Burnhope in that direction.

No ... wait ... I hear it! It's painfully weak and fluttery, as the web stream.

Hmm. It seems Star Radio is now called Rathergood Radio.

No sign of it here just the usual Heart Wales hogs vertical Canalside/Chorley FM hogs horizontal anyway don't want any extra stations band full to bursting as it is.

Receiving equipment: 2 Sony ST-S311, 1 Sony ST-SE520, 1 Sony ST-SE700 2 crossed FM 5s rotatable, 1 homemade FM 3 horizontal beaming S/E, 1 vertical FM 3 fixed beaming at Ireland, 2 element band 1.

some amusing comments on digital spy about this station, apparently its considered the vanity project of one man and you would struggle to tell this station from an ILR
