While I have no reason to doubt what Tim writes, their website, Twitter and Facebook show no sign of a return to their former name. Their webstream is geoblocked on the Continent.

i'll keep an eye on it in case they accidentally gave away a relaunch , there was the oak/fosseway situation on 107.9 where it kept changing back and forth

Its my local Tim...sadly! Its RDS is IDing Touch and audio idents are too. Centre was a much better station (not hard really) and had a proper community feel, although very Tamworth centric not much for us up here in Lichfield or Burton. Wonder how long Cannock Chase Radio will last before some soulless conglomerate will buy them out?

Think Touch FM is an automated jukebox with adverts most of the time. This morning here in Burton on Trent 101.6 was being blotted out by 101.7 Wenvoe Classic FM, however it relay for Burton on 102.4 is showing no RDS at the moment. The relay is a few yards away from my house on Burton Water Tower. As it relays 101.6 I wonder if the interference from Wenvoe is affecting the receiver at the relay. I have known the relay broadcasting a blank carrier when there is strong signals from Wenvoe. Doubt if there is anyone at the station on a Sunday to monitor it.
