Here in South-East England the Leonids have been next to non-existent. On the 17th I had one meteor train over 3 minutes long with signals on every frequency from 87.5 to 96.2 MHz. None were strong enough to give RDS and the signals were choppy and more than two signals mixing together. On the 18th one train around 2 min 40 second another around 1min 40 sec - both not very strong and with multiple signals. And was it.

The Leonids were not a total washout though. A guy in Indonesia had a 2.1 kg meteorite crash thru his veranda roof. The newspaper reports that it is worth $1.85m as it is a rare type.
