Eleven here! The longest run of Es days I've known. I may have missed something earlier this morning, otherwise I could make that TWELVE!

Well.. in the end it was a fairly decent season thanks to those 3 weeks in June that will go down in history, certainly the best season since 2013, after 2 stinkers and one a little better.

May was a washout until the last few days and July was poor here up to at least the 15th.
Since then I've kept a cursury eye on things while not being able to participate fully after the birth of my daughter on 15th July.
Impression is that August has burbled on with a few openings.

Looking at the chart on MMMoVHF (relates to 2m Es), it seems that this season has come out as average overall, just below the 10 year mean, bearing out my gut feel about conditions on Band 2. July being the quietest July since 2002.
It's worth noting that there haas been almost no 2m openings in August and very little in July. The Band 2 activity in recent days won't have had any effect on the graph.

Marks out of 10? I'd give it 7.5 given the excellent June.

It is certainly going out with a bang at the end of August with, for me, excellent Es reception on the 25th and 30th and some ES on the 27th and 28th.

June was excellent with about 30 different countries heard in Germany after a late start end of May, but July was weak and August had almost none.
