1470 CJVB Vancouver BC

Not much of an alert but I can hear a very weak Fairchild Radio ID just before the hour at 03:00 on 1470 this morning. This peaked briefly with a fair signal at 02:15 here, playing Chinese pop music. Various snatches of Chinese can be heard between 04:30 and 06:00.

You will hear a looped Fairchild Radio ID in the first part of this recording, then Chinese pops at 02:14. As always, details in the filename.

1000 KOMO Seattle WA is just poking through the splatter at 07:00 with their ABC News jingle on the hour.

Hopefully there are some other goodies around too.

It is, thank you David. I know this but then I make lots of silly mistakes like this. It is just how I have become. I have corrected it.

Good job I wasn't describing two stations, 590 and 1590 as I would have really become confused - and I am not joking! There are reasons for this. Life at the moment has taken a very difficult turn (illness in the family) and my mind is not straight due to lack of sleep.

There's no copyright, John, neither am I the inventor!
Anyway, you could always decorate it with "another", "even more", "two/too" or whatever.
In fact, it would be nice to have some company .
A whole community of Grumpies, all comfortable in their own skin?
