Thanks for sharing, I'm in the market for a UHF SDR that picks up where airspy stops and also a handheld scanner

I have a crazy dream of logging those dutch UHF pirates on tropo from axe edge if not from home.
Dual watch would be nice

They're claiming the first sdr scanner but I used to own the alinco DJ x11. Great rf performance but it had that weird power issue

Whistler scanners have 10.7 if out available on back panel, I wondered if anyone had tried feeding them into SDR

Unless recording and playback refers to I/q playback I can't actually see any functions in the brochure that are different from the new UBC 3500xlt or that would require or benefit from sdr architecture. No bandscope for instance.

Maybe it's like the alinco and the sdr application needs a computer and has no impact on how the scanner works when used as a scanner. Unidens are certainly more reliable than alincos but the current brochure doesn't have enough to tempt me
