92.0 hot 92, west Midlands
94.4 Street FM, London soul MX, ads "?????? Promotions present! ???? Live!" Poor but audible on car RX and on data 808 portable - 10k tuning was very useful here

Are you sure 94.4 is a London pirate? Or are you hearing something different to me. I have been hearing a pirate on 94.4 for a couple of months in Burton on Trent, also its very strong in Birmingham so I suggest a Birmingham Pirate. I will see if I can ID it next time I am in Brum.

I think I have received two different stations on this frequency. Street FM would probably play more Reagge music and the other station played R&B or whatever style it was. Here is a recording of possibly Street FM and here is another unid on the same frequency. Two different styles and two different stations in my opinion. However, at the moment only Reagge station si present at my QTH.

damn could be West Midlands, but was so week, the rest of the birmingham stuff was massive , even the 25w stuff, if it was birmingham power must have been tiny, anyway of confirming if the birmingham station was on?

the music was old soul mx ,
i'll delete the log from fm list until its solved

Yep only just seen this thread Tim... I've been getting Sting on 94.4 for probably 6 months or so, its quite strong here but not up to Hot 92's levels.

On a visit to Central Birmingham yesterday I did a scan on my Android mobile phone FM receiver

92.0 HOT92
94.2 Very low modulation Drum and Bass
94.4 No RDS - Reggie music and adverts for West Midlands Clubs No station ID
95.1 Kris FM

Also not a pirate but I heard white noise transmitted on 89.1. I assume its the old transmitter for Big City Radio that has been left switched on.

Thanks for the station ID, Just tried and Stingdem 94.4 is making it out to Burton on Trent, Radio 4 Wenvoe 94.3 fades up and blots it out every so often. I would certainly like to hear Ireland, Mullaghanish on 94.4 instead!

95.1 Kris FM makes it 30 miles out to Burton also.

Not a pirate but 89.1 Big City Radio is off the air and has been for a few days due to "technical problems" according to their Instagram.
