16 Oct 2019 711 KHz "help the newbie" again

A nice Asian signal on 711 at 1959 - 2003 UTC. I'm pretty sure it's the Taiwan station, but would like confirmation (or not).

Starts off with a European time signal spot on the hour - my PC and Radio clock being in sync. Then the "taiwanese" signal fades up with a female speaking slowly and distinctly. Then at 20:00:50 there is a time signal consisting of four mid-tone pips and a fifth pip with a higher tone. (54 seconds into the recording). The first four pips seems to be the same pitch as the earlier European time signal, not the much lower pitch of Korean, Japanese on other frequencies.

Hello Dave,
There certainly is a YL speaking Chinese in the clip, but I can't tell the difference between Taiwan Mandarin and mainland Mandarin.

That's the Voice of Han from Hsinfeng. The Chinese ID is = "Kuanghua zhi Sheng" but there was no ID on this hour. Check 981 - you should have the same programme. Both are from the same site and always come in here together.
