750 - Spanish

Can anybody make anything out of this (or had a better signal) ?

750 - 04:59 well after RCR had gone off. Started with music and then excited announcer and announcements right over toh.
offset was very close to CBC which had faded (I get CBC on .0019, this was .0014).
I initiallly heard Cuba a few times, but then realised that the one mention seemed to be "en Cuba, Argentina"

I heard Radio Caravana, without full ID a few days ago, but I don't think this is them this time (the offset was lower and it had a different "sound").
