Yes, many dutch LP stations do relays outside normal broadcasting hours, it is a pest sometimes, hearing the same px 6-7 times or even interfering each other. John, can I be of any help?

The recording was just made after the top of the hour. I was on the frequency before and Pulse2 was dominant and when I returned later, I heard these two stations mixing, before Pulse2 came back and took over, so a short opening. Conditions can be surprising, in my logbook I had S male talk on 670 on january 19th at 0605 UTC. It was not // to the webstream of radio rebelde, indeed the left one for AM.

Thank you for listening and helping. yes, this lively talk was endless and on an US station you have more breaks etc. The Miami station on 1140 was logged in the Neherlands at around the same time so it shows not to jump too early on an conclusion. Thanks once again!

It is radio 0511, indeed many ID's in Dutch. Acc to MWlist they have the daytimehours of radio seagull, 100 watts in the far north of Holland.
