My english is not perfect but i think may be a BBC World Service transmission but i do not find reference for the BBC WS on this frequencie also the transmission was received with the Hamsphere app i instal on a cheap Chinese android made Mediatek 10.1" phablette with 4G and 2 sim slots + sd card. ...

I would rather suspect the target is Choibalsan with a 500 kW transmitter. they relay political and religious stations such as Radio Free Asia, AWR , BBC World and clandestine towards Japan. the origin of the interfering tx might be China possibly. see times in simbeavs post, China too far east for...

(Witloh iirc?) probably turned up on 96.8 but unprovable- just new wave pop with distinctly German modulation
