Re: Southampton Common Files 04-08-2018

really nice clean files you can see Crystal Palaces offset on 88.796 during speech 88.802 France, Jersey or passing I-trip? The pirate looks to be about 87.596-598, the low modulation (50khz b/w) is good from my point of view will help me detect it from a distance. shazam says the song is dogtown (b...

Re: the 1985 spectrum recordings transferred from Video tape

Last year, I think during may it was during Ramadan for sure 87.7 was a weak soup of Ramadan stations and then this stonking signal from Crewe just flattened them No ID as such unless you count nasze mix (our mix) as one. It seemed to exist entirely to promote Ladies night/ noc kobieta at a nightclu...

Re: the 1985 spectrum recordings transferred from Video tape

I offered him some recordings of pirates in exchange for letting us access the goodies. I'm hoping my polish pirate recording is still available somewhere or someone saved it, I think he would dig that you could even hear them blowing out the amplifier stage of the tx :D

Re: Boston Pirates

Thanks, I remembered you once had a pirate on 97.0 Did they last long? If this wasn't from your patch I'm thinking Leeds as I could hear the ground staff at Leeds-bradford airport on 455.55 MHz at the site (teggs nose country park, Macclesfield) But since I could also hear mullaghanish 99.6 on the c...

analogue video on E23 last night

For some reason I was tuning UHF on my comm radio CR-1 late last night Ca.2300 thinking how dead the scanning bands are when I found a video carrier on 487.075

It's gone this morning.

I didn't think I still have anything in the house that will display analogue video at UHF...
