mt SDR sharp is being sluggish with rds info on playback for whatever reason

I focused on bank notes from unrecognised or shortlived East European states with some other stuff accidentally picked up on the way you've got me wondering why me and Dad stopped aquiring them, we used to get this sort of newsletter and we'd order stuff , now its too late to ask him where we got it...

i leave a radio on 87.6 all day from the middle of may although 87.5 is lower and likely to open first its not used everywhere so if it opens to Algeria or Hungary or France etc you might miss an opening the most common country on the Lower FM band from here in Northern England these days is Belarus...

Wasn’t there an oddly quiet patch last season too?
Whatever date it was when I did that bandscan from ashover rock was right in the middle of an Es drought iirc

We had crazy tropo to fill the gap last year, no such luck this year .. yet.

Interesting propagation, sounds exotic. the burst around 40 -45 seconds is Turkish, rest is too faint for my ears

They often don’t bother translating interviewees because Knowledge of English is so excellent there
