If you only advertise few licenses and leave no room for commercial operators, especially with the BBC-exclusive frequencies (the band starts from 96!), it was obvious that the Globals would have swallowed all the local stations. Brits, what do you think of the radio deregulation policy Ofcom are pursuing, with approved areas and local production hours being slimmed down to the bare minimum, just 3 hours on weekdays? Are you okay with Capital axing local presenters and shows?
