Is Mullaghanish not on 107.4 and they recently moved from 107.0 to 106.4 from the Nagle mountains in North Cork about 16 km West(259°) of Fermoy Co. Cork

I am with you as regards the licence here in Ireland if you have a TV you are required to have a licence for the location where the TV is, if I moved house I'd have get another licence for the second location. It doesn't matter if you have reception or not. Which is the case since the change over to...

I had Christmas FM on 87.7 today about 15:00 very weak signal and had Galway Bay Fm on 96.8 also very weak so Christmas FM may well be from Galway. Echo on 693kHz here in Co Waterford at present 1800 UTC. It is common for most of the UK medium wave station that transmit from several sites on the same frequency to have a echo on the signals during the winter months at my QTH near Ballinamult Co. Waterford
